UNIVERSITY CLOSURE ANNOUNCEMENT: 

Due to the university precautionary closures on Tuesday, January 16th, we will need to move the opening reception back one week. The opening UNI Department of Art Faculty + 1 exhibition opening reception will now be held on Tuesday, January 23, 2024 at 6:30 p.m.

Normal gallery hours (10 a.m. - 5 p.m.) will resume on Wednesday, January 17th, weather permitting, with the return of students back to campus.

The University of Northern Iowa Gallery of Art announces its spring opening art exhibition, UNI Department of Art Faculty + 1.
 

This exhibition presents the works of the current UNI Faculty that not only teach our students but also work as professional artists. Additionally, each of our UNI Faculty has invited a UNI Department of Art Alum to showcase their work alongside them.

Among the works on display are various representations of prints, paintings, photographs, designs, animations, and sculptures.
 

All events are free and open to the public. Gallery hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, and by appointment. The gallery is located on the main floor of the Kamerick Art Building South.
